Cardio can also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:
Your hospital's electronic medical records system
The system for storing diagnostic images of your hospital, i.e. archiving images and transferring data

Cardio securely stores your data in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud. Customers can
choose where to store their data from a list of available AWS regions and who can access them.
Cardio will store your surgical data for five years or as required by applicable law, or for another period
specified in our contract with the client. After this period, we will delete your data in accordance with
our company's procedures
5. What are your data protection rights?
Our company would like to make sure that you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Each user has
the right to the following:
Right of access - you have the right to request copies of your personal data from us
Right to correction - you have the right to request that Cardio correct any information that you consider to be inaccurate or incomplete
The right to delete - you have the right to request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain conditions
